SkillsMuse is an AI skill generation platform that creates SKILL.md files and associated skill sets for use with AI coding assistants. The core generation tool runs entirely in your browser.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not share your account or use another person's account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the Service
- Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without permission
- Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights
5. Intellectual Property
- Generated Content: Skill sets you generate using SkillsMuse belong to you. You retain full ownership of your generated files.
- Platform Content: The SkillsMuse website, branding, and underlying technology are owned by SkillsMuse and protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Pricing & Payments
Free tier features are available at no cost. Paid tiers are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated skill sets will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and customizing generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
SkillsMuse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
